Ahead of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup starting this morning, we wanted to share a fun video featuring England fast bowler Liam Plunkett and personal trainer/author Alice Liveing.
Plunkett, a fitness fanatic, is filmed being put through a gruelling workout whilst being grilled on what he really thinks of his teammates. In the video, Plunkett claims that Mark Wood has the most irritating habit by being “loud and screaming a lot” and slates David Willey for having the worst fashion sense in the team, claiming he “looks like a Geography teacher!”.
The video then goes onto show Plunkett putting Alice through her paces with some cricket drills.
