England’s warm-up matches

The England Cricket Board has just announced some exciting news for all their supporters. As you will now be able to watch exclusive highlights of England’s warm-up matches against the West Indies Cricket Board President’s XI.

Yes, England kick off their ODI tour of the West Indies with their first warm-up match in St Kitts this weekend on Saturday 25th February, at 1.30pm GMT. The second will be on Monday 27th February, also at 1.30pm GMT.

They’ll be posting highlights of the first innings soon after the innings close and then full match highlights soon after play has finished. And don’t forget to go to their match centre for ball by ball coverage of the three-match series, which starts on Friday 3rd March at 1.30pm GMT. Below are all the fixtures including where, when and at what time? It should be a cracking One Day International series:

1ST WARM-UP – ST KITTS
SAT 25 FEB. 13:30 GMT

2ND WARM-UP – ST KITTS
MON 27 FEB. 13:30 GMT

1ST ODI – ANTIGUA

Action from the 3rd ODI in Antigua, March 5th 2014

In 2014, England beat the West Indies 2-1, this was the last series played between the sides. It didn’t start well though as the West Indies won the first ODI but England bounced back to win the next two.

England’s highest ODI score in the West Indies is 303/6. In total England have played 88 ODIs against the West Indies since 1973 and the results are as follows:

Won – 42
Drawn – 0
Lost – 42
